  I had a painting that I needed to have framed for an art show at the end of September, and I stopped in this store three times over a period of about two weeks, and never managed to catch Jay. The second time I even left my name and phone number and a brief description of what I wanted to ask him about. It's been more than a week and I've yet to hear back. After the third visit, I'd had about enough disappointment, so I went with a different establishment. As a life-long resident of Granville, I'm all about supporting local businesses, but in this case, reliability is a major selling point for me, so I'm sorry to say I'm not impressed. It's still a fine store, but if you need something framed, you'd best have time for a game of hide and seek first.
